Online Registration
All registrations must be completed online with entry fees no later than 9:00 PM (CST-SK) on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
IMPORTANT: Planned Program & music must be submitted online at the time of registration.
Online updates may be made up to 9:00 PM (CST-SK) on October 25, 2026. Please refer to the
Music section below for additional information.
Late Entries
Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative only if space
permits in the event. Entries received after the deadline will be double the entry fee. Late entries may be accepted up to five (5) business days after the registration deadline. No entries will be accepted after October 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CST-SK). No exceptions will be made.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any reason after the closing date of entries. All refunds prior to the deadline will be subject to a 25% Administration Fee.
