Assists skaters and coaches develop skills that will support a successful skating season. The seminar targets skaters who will compete at upcoming Regional Invitational Competitions, Winter Classic or ding assessments.
About the seminar
- On-ice sessions will focus on basic skills in skating (jumps, spins, stroking, footwork and presentation) and synchronized skating.
- Off-ice sessions may include off-ice jump sessions, fitness, nutrition, theatre / dance class and juding information.
- Skaters responsible for this own lunch
- Coaches are encouraged to attend at no charge.
- Includes a parent sesssion
